QUESTION: Before starting your remodel, what were you most concerned about, and how did our team handle those concerns?

CLIENT ANSWER: Before we started, we were most concerned about cost, timing, and how decisions would be made. RemodelCo did a great job making sure we knew upfront exactly what the cost would be. There were no hidden surprises or unexpected claims that something had been miscalculated. It was all very upfront.

They stood behind what they said they would do and how much it would cost. The timing was as promised as well: a two-month remodel did not take six months. It took the two months they said it would take.

QUESTION: How did we do at keeping you informed, answering your questions, and communicating throughout the project?

CLIENT ANSWER: We had a lot of questions. They came up every day, several times a day. RemodelCo was receptive to our text messages, phone calls, and questions. Even if they weren't sure of the answer and needed to come look at what we were talking about, they always got back to us in a timely manner and answered every question.

The foreman was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen and what a good solution would be for any problems that came up.

QUESTION: How well did we follow the schedule and keep the project moving, and what did that mean for you?

CLIENT ANSWER: The schedule laid out what we were trying to accomplish and when. They did a great job keeping to it. Occasionally a worker was ill or couldn't make it, but they tried to send somebody else or made sure the work was made up at a different time.

We always knew ahead of time who would be coming and what they would be doing.

QUESTION: What stood out about our craftsmen and the quality of the finished work, especially in your kitchen and bathrooms?

CLIENT ANSWER: The quality of the finished work is excellent. We love everything they've done, and it exceeds our expectations. We'd never done a remodel before, so we didn't really know what to expect.

The craftsmen were knowledgeable and often had ideas, such as asking what we thought about trying something or putting tile somewhere. They suggested things we hadn't thought about that were excellent ideas and improved the result.

They were courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. At the end of the day, they swept, straightened, and cleaned up, leaving the workspace in really good condition.

QUESTION: If a friend were considering RemodelCo for a remodel like yours, what would you tell them about your experience?

CLIENT ANSWER: I would highly recommend RemodelCo. They are dependable, do excellent-quality work, and are great at communication.

They made every part easier, especially decision-making. There are a lot of decisions to make during the process, and decision fatigue can get hard. They were good at guiding and helping with those decisions to make sure we got the best product, were happy with the remodel, and got what we wanted.
